Tsukamoto Mai, een Japanse acteur en model, werd geboren in Yokohama City, in de prefectuur Kanagawa. Hij studeerde in 2007 af aan de Horikikaku High School en ging naar een vrouwenuniversiteit voor een opleiding. Later maakte hij foto-dvd's en tv-drama's.
